Step by Step shipping to Guam

2. In order to obtain a temporary permit for operating the vehicle, you have to go to the Department of Motor Vehicles at the Revenue and Taxation Office. This permit is valid only for five (5) days from the issue date and the costs is $5. You have to present a valid driver’s license, original vehicle registration, proof of registration as well as shipping invoice.

3. This process is necessary in order to drive your vehicle for the mandatory safety inspection.

4. At the moment to register your vehicle, Guam law requires that your vehicle pass a safety inspection. When you vehicle has been registered, you can go to the DMV in order to get your Guam tags.
